NDA Execution

A mutual NDA is executed prior to disclosure of full technical specifications, pricing, and licensing terms. NDA turnaround is typically 3–5 business days.

Technical Review

539 Labs conducts a technical review of the proposed use case to confirm compatibility with the licensed IP and identify any integration requirements.

Term Sheet

A term sheet is issued covering scope, royalty structure, sublicensing rights, audit rights, and term length. Negotiation is conducted directly with Arvin Hampton.

License Execution

Final license agreement is executed. SDK access, testnet credentials, and integration documentation are delivered within 5 business days of execution.
